Help with iTunes
First and foremost, you must have the latest iTunes and Quicktime to play this podcast, which can be downloaded from here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/.
How to Check if you have the Latest iTunes/Quicktime:
You can check if you have the latest iTunes by going to Help > Check for Updates on your PC, and on your Mac you can click on the Apple icon in the upper left hand corner of your screen, and then click “Software Updates”
